A significant number of women worldwide struggle to earn a living, have access to childcare, good basic health care, and affordable housing. These barriers hold women back from fulfilling their true potentials as leaders in today’s society. The Ujeni Foundation wants to see women of color participate in leadership and economic security opportunities: opportunities that others find easily enough.
